For standard programmes, we can typically commence within four to six weeks of initial contact, subject to trainer availability and your preferred dates. Bespoke programmes require additional design time, usually eight to twelve weeks from briefing to delivery. If you have urgent requirements, contact us to discuss options.

While we are based in the UK and most of our work is domestic, we have delivered programmes internationally for UK-headquartered organisations with overseas operations. Virtual delivery makes location less relevant for many programmes. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on booking confirmation with the balance due thirty days after programme delivery. For extended programmes, we may arrange milestone-based payments. All pricing excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. Specific terms are confirmed in our written proposals.
